Since the early 1990s, AccessPlus has been servicing the growing needs and demands for broadband Internet in visitor based accommodation around Australia.
This includes student accommodation, hotels, motels, resorts, conference centres, yachting marinas and caravan parks. Head office is on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. From here, AccessPlus manages its system at locations from Launceston to Perth to Cairns.
As an Australian company, AccessPlus acknowledges Australian indigenous heritage and culture.
The name for Maroochydore (hometown of AccessPlus) itself comes from the Aboriginal ‘Marutchi’, meaning 'black swan' or 'marutchi dora' meaning 'water where the black swan lives'.
